園主（松崎英男）1952年茨城県生まれ。千葉大学農業別科修了。慶應大学経済学部卒業。
青年海外協力隊の一員として２年間、ケニアで農業指導。
趣味は音楽鑑賞。家族は妻と子（一男一女）、孫１人、猫５匹
妻（陽子） 1955年北海道生まれ。保健師として、ホンジュラスで活動。
1986年に結婚し、就農。保健師の仕事もかけもちで続ける。
